If you have not received the newsletter here is some info on the BUTT BLAST kicking off tomorrow. Easy to join and you only need a few minutes for the first few weeks!!

THE BUTT BLAST Our 31 day butt blast days starts tomorrow! So, what is involved? Here is a summary.... * A FREE challenge to take part in for January to move everyday with a focus on the glutes.

* One exercise per day, 12 unique exercises, repeated with progressions/multiples. * One exercise takes between 3-6 minutes so it does not take long!! * In the last week you will be doing multiple exercises and on the final day, all of them so a little more time required. * Rest days when you need them. Listen to your body. * Skipped/missed a day? No problem, just check it off and join back in the following day. * Tag on the daily exercise to a workout, walk, run or an equivalent bit of movement.

* All exercises are taught in my normal style with typical Pilates principles at the very core. * It's not a HIIT sesh so DO NOT RUSH THEM :)

* I've picked some of my fave glute activators - you will be familiar with most. * Aim is to build STRONG and SUPPORTIVE glute muscles. * Follow the videos and the explanations on the App - you can use Spaces OR Fit by Wix. How to join? 1. If you already have the App (Spaces), login, go to "Online Programs", find "31 Day Butt Blast" and click "JOIN". 2. If you do not have the App, CLICK HERE to download and join on the App 3. Go to my website and in the drop down menu at the top find "Online Programs", all steps available here now. 4. Print off the PDF to stick up on your fridge to follow - email/message me to receive it.
